Often problems can be dealt with by telephone. The receptionist will take your telephone number and ask an appropriately qualified person to call you back. Should you need to speak with a Doctor or Practice Nurse then please contact the Practice where your name, telephone number and brief message where appropriate will be taken and forwarded to the relevant member of staff, who will then return your telephone call the same day, at their earliest convenience.

Advice 

We recognise that occasionally patients will be unable to attend the practice or that all they require is a conversation with the doctor or nurse.

Patients are encouraged to telephone the practice between 8.00am and 12.00 noon (if possible) and inform reception of their request for an advice call.

The doctor or nurse will ring when appropriate, but usually, after surgery has been completed.
